Teen Bunk Bed with desk and/or drawers 10 PTS!?

IM 14 and I'm looking for a bunk bed boy (not merely design child) with office and / or drawers under the bed. It doesn't have 2 beds, but it needs to install a bed full enormity. Heres one I found

What age class is best for loft beds? I have heard not to use top bunks before age 6. This loft bed seems to have violent side rails:

What ages would you say this is for?
That bed is so mellifluous and any little girl would probably LOVE it! They do have the lower loft beds, too but you cant put as much underneath (like the dresser or desk) but they could conduct under it.
